Café Vendor Accreditation Program

By directive of the Ondo State Ministry of Education, all café vendors must obtain official accreditation to register students for examinations. Only accredited vendors are authorized to facilitate student exam registrations.

All café vendors (business centers, cyber cafés) that intend to register students for examinations in Ondo State must obtain accreditation from the Ministry of Education. This is a mandatory requirement effective immediately.

After submitting your name and email on the interest form, you'll be prompted to pay ₦1,500 via the payment gateway. Upon successful payment, a registration code will be sent to your email. You'll then be redirected to the vendor registration page where you'll use this code to complete your registration.

Once registered, log into your vendor dashboard at portal.ondominedu.gov.ng. Navigate to the "Accreditation" page and click on "New Application". Complete all required fields in the form and proceed to make the ₦20,000 accreditation payment. Your application will then be submitted for review.

After submitting your accreditation application and payment, your application will be under review by the Ministry. The review process duration may vary. Once approved, you will receive an email notification, and your account will be enabled for student examination registration.

Once accredited, you can register students for all available examinations on the portal, subject to the limits of your accreditation (1,500 students maximum across 2 schools). The specific examinations available will be displayed on the examination registration section of your dashboard.

No, each accreditation is limited to a maximum of 2 schools. If you need to register students from additional schools, you may need to apply for a separate accreditation. Please contact the Ministry for guidance on your specific situation.

Accreditation is valid for 1 year from the date of approval. Before expiration, you will need to apply for renewal through your dashboard. Upon expiration, you will no longer be able to register students until your accreditation is renewed.
